"This large, 18-story, red-brick apartment building is half a block away from the very handsome and private Gramercy Park and is convenient to the Flatiron District's many restaurants and stores. The 185-unit building, which has large picture windows and some terraces, was erected in 1956 and converted to a cooperative in 1984.
